About the Event
Welcome to the Online Conditioning Pilates Class on Wednesday from 8:45 to 9:45 am.
This is a gentle class where we focus on warming-up, strengthening and stretching your body with awareness and breathing. It includes elements of Qigong, Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga.
For class please wear comfortable clothing please prepare:
1. A yoga mat
2. Two dumbbells/free weights between 0.5 and 3 lbs. maximum, or two water bottles which work well as an alternative to free weights
3. A pillow: we may use for modifications and specific exercises
